ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT

Note that an active coach is any coach that has at least 1 active engagement. Coaches with no active engagements do not require a subscription. They can still be part of matching flows, edit their profiles, and access past assignments.

Active engagements Active engagements is calculated as a total. If you have 10 seats on Standard, for example, you can have up to 100 active engagements at a time across all your coaches. A single coach can have more than 10 engagements at a time - as the total number is the one that counts towards the active engagements limit.
